What is an Item Upgrader?
The item upgrader provides players with the ability to upgrade their equipment. Upgrades to items require the appropriate currencies and items. For weapons and armor this includes Valorstones and Crests.
Other upgrades, like Hot Potato Books, give weapons an increase in stats or allow them to be used in Dungeons. These upgrades are usually items in the cash shop.
Leveling
An item upgrader lets players enhance the level of equipment from various sources. Based on the type of item and upgrade track, it will cost Valorstones or Crests to increase the level of an item. Weapons, for instance cost more than bracers or gloves.
You can also upgrade your items in the game. Upgrade shards are available through defeating bosses in any dungeon. These shards can be used to upgrade weapons and armor sets, allowing for them to reach their highest level. However, they can only be upgraded one time.
